Caring volunteers, dedicated to serving the needs of the hungry in Johnson County and the surrounding areas, are the foundation of Santa Fe Waystation Food Pantry. A special thanks to the volunteers who have dedicated many hours, days, weeks, and years of their time to make our “small yet mighty” pantry a success.
Volunteering at the Santa Fe Waystation is easy and rewarding. There are numerous volunteer opportunities available for adults and teens throughout the year. Anyone can volunteer as we are careful not to ask our volunteers to exert themselves beyond their capabilities. We will happily accept help from volunteers age 15 to 99; however, 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult during their entire shift.
